 Most orders follow the steps below:

  1. Explore the website and contact us with information on your project and which tiles you are most interested in. 

  2. Work through the design process to visualize tile patterns and colors in your project space. 

  3. Receive an cost estimate of your chosen design and begin your purchase. 

  4. Purchase the tile and begin shipment. 

  5. Receive shipment and install tile.

We accept AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or check for orders. 

Shipment

Basic/field wall tile is stocked in our US warehouse and typically delivered within 1 week of an initial order. Decorative wall tile can take 2-3 weeks from initial order to delivery. 

All floor tile is shipped from Europe and is delivered within 5-7 weeks by sea or 7-8 days by DHL air. 

Shipping rates vary on speed of delivery and size of order.
